In her final days, she shared a profound moment with her daughter, Trina Cotton, confiding that she was at peace. She expressed a deep trust in God, affirming that she harbored no fear of what lay ahead. “I am not afraid”, she whispered with a gentle smile, her eyes reflecting a calm certainty. Her words were a testament to her enduring strength and faith, resonating with the courage of a heart that knew no fear.
Family was the cornerstone of Virgis’s life. She was the devoted wife of 42 years to her beloved husband, and the cherished grandmother of many. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and love, a testament to the deep bonds she nurtured with those around her. Virgis’s life was a radiant example of steadfast belief and love, illuminating the path for those who remain. Her presence will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us, a beautiful reminder of the peace that faith and family can bring.
