  1. Now what can a son say about is Mother. In this short space not enough, but so many memories, but I thought I was so special when you would make a full meal of soul food , but make a special skillet of cornbread just for me. Small things like that is what you remember the most. Things like that let you know you were loved.
Love you so much Mom…. now remember while you hanging out in Heaven , don’t forget to be home by eleven😉❤️

    • A reflection of my Mom’s heart . A few days before the Lord called my Mom home she had one thing on her mind: the salvation of ALL her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Arvis was visiting with my Mom the Saturday before her passing . During her visit Arvis noticed my mom was crying, moving her lips and struggling to talk in a low voice. Arvis asked her several questions: ( 1) are you afraid to die to which my mom responded no, (2) do you know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior to which my mom responded yes. Arvis then asked what was wrong. My Mom was desperately trying to share something with Arvis. It was at this point in time that my mom shared she just wanted to know that ALL of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren will come to know the Lord Jesus Christ for themselves. Arvis prayed with my Mom sharing the heart of my Mom’s desire as they both went before the Lord in prayer seeking Him for the salvation of ALL her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to know JESUS personally. After the prayer, my mom smiled . It was as though a huge burden had been lifted. This is a true reflection into the heart of my beloved mother and the legacy she wants to be remembered for.
