Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. To the family and friends of Deacon Lenardo Rayford always cherish the fond memories of time spent together and although you may grieve the Bible can be a source of comfort. At (Revelation 21:3,4) it speaks of a time when there will be no more sickness or death, also at (Acts 24:15) it speaks of a resurrection that we all can look forward to. May the peace and love of the God of all comfort be with you all. Comfort can be found in our Creator through prayer and through his word the Bible and in Jesus Christ.

  2. Pawpaw was always there with a big smile and an extra enthusiastic greeting. Lil Dave has said that his best memory is when Granny and Pawpaw took him on the trip to see the Dallas Cowboys and they got to go back in the locker room. He said that his favorite thing about him was how much he smiled. It seems like some light has left this earth with his passing. We cherish the memories we have and find comfort in his peace; that which passes all understanding.

  3. To Granny and Family, Sending all our love. “Though he brings grief, he will show compassion, so great is his unfailing love.” -Lamentations 3:32

  4. To the Travelers Rest family, I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences. I will always remember Deacon Rayford’s Sunday Morning prayers and his enthusiastic contribution to the devotional songs. God Bless you all from the Madujibeya’s Better known to you as Miriam “the drummer”

  5. We pray that the love of God enfolds everyone during this difficult time and helps you heal with the passage of time. We love and will miss, Lee!

  6. My favorite memory of Deacon Rayford is he was always there for his family and friends and co-workers and his wisdom
