Billie was a loving and caring person.
She had a great love for children and children’s ability to read. She traveled for many years to Racine to serve on Cops ‘N Kids Reading Center’s board of directors, tutor our children in reading, and to be involved in any events we had going on.
I will be her lively, loving spirt that was always surrounding her!
RIP dear Billie!! The work you have done is right now speaking for you!
