Nadine,. It’s been a year since you left this crazy place. I’m so happy that you don’t have to experience this realm anymore. I have created an alter for you, Billy Ray, and my ancestors. I hand-painted some aspects of it and it is as beautiful as you were. I think about you all the time. I know you’re okay now. No more pain, no more sorrow. Thank you for helping me out here with the spiritual situation I had going on. I felt really safe and protected once you left because you being in spirit brought us closer. To my beautiful, jazzy aunt, Nadine. I didn’t see you at the end but we shared the same world. So now, I live in a world, in a place without the best aunt in the world. Thanks for the many amazing memories, especially straightening our hair with butter, and our friends saying they smell popcorn. My heart is in so much pain because I learned so much from you and you taught me so much. Please forgive me for not being at the service. I preferred to remember you as the flamboyant, diva, energetic woman you were. I will never forget you as I continue in a world without Nadine. I love you so much.
