  10. Our condolences to you all for your loss. Bobby was so kind, funny, and happy all of the time. He worked at the school and our children would always talk about how much they enjoyed being around him. We enjoyed joking with him about his favorite football team, the Packers, especially when they lost, which wasn’t often. He could take our teasing but he also gave it back too. A bright light has been dimmed but his spirit is still alive. Take care and know that our prayers are with you. The Applewhite Family

    • My sincerest condolences to the family of my dear classmate Bobby. May you find peace and comfort in the wonderful memories you shared and hold close to your heart. Blessings. Carlvena Foster (Steed).

  12. Carla and family, I am so awfully saddened over my dear friends departure. My words cannot express how much Bobby meant to my life. He was the friend I could always count on as we went through high school. Whenever I needed his support, he never ever denied me. In fact, my wife and I are married today because of his willingness to drive me to and fro during our dating years. His memory will forever be a flame in my heart and life! What a beautiful spirit he possessed and a friend like no other! I pray that God provides the comfort and peace necessary for you and your family during this time. Randolph “Randy” Reid, Jr. Class of ‘68, teammate, and enduring friend.

  13. Carla and Family, No words can express the sadness and sorrow of hearing that Bobby has passed. He’s been like a brother to me since we were in Jr. High. He was my classmate and my friend. I’m so happy God allowed me to visit with you both last October. Little did I know that would be my last time seeing him on this side. 😪 Bobby was a warm, kind and caring Man with devout Christian faith and a genuine love for his family and friends. He will surely be missed.💜💜 My prayer is that you all find comfort through the many precious memories you shared.🙏🙏 Dot Collins Wm. Penn Class of ’68 High Point, NC

  14. Ms. Carla, you have my love, condolences and prayers. I will truly miss my buddy, Bobby. We would always enjoy a good laugh. I kidded him about not getting any work done by hiding out near Sandy’s office. He was a genuine Godly man. It was a pleasure to know him. Please allow The Lord to comfort you with all of the happy memories and the sincere love Bobby had for you. Big hugs to you, my sister. With love and joy, Deborah Adams.
