Elbertroy was a great joy and person to be around. He had a great sense of humor and he was truly a leader. I spent many summers training with him as we were both Combat Army Medics together, in the 132nd Infantry Brigade, Ambulance Platoon. I Continued to enjoy Troy’s company on the Police Force together.
