While it may have been hard saying goodbye to Elbert, please find comfort from God’s own word that in his due time, he will indeed restore life to those in his memory and eliminate suffering and death on earth forever.
My sympathy goes out to your family. Jehovah God longs to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live again. The Bible calls God “the source of Life” at Psalm 36:9.
