  1. I hope this family is comforted and encouraged by the promise of many blessings God will grant his citizens who will live forever on earth. (Psalm 37:29). You can visit the website: jw.org under: What will God’s Kingdom accomplish for the earth? For starters, the dead will be brought back to life–John 5:28-29. People will no longer feel pain, grow old, and die.–Revelation 21:4. Just think of what you would like your government to do for you now. God’s Kingdom will do that and much more!–Matthew 6:9-10. This is God’s purpose for Leon!

  2. Hello. I’m Sheila and I am sending my condolences on your recent loss. I am one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and would like to ask you the question, can your dead loved one live again?

You will be surprised to find that in the Bible at Acts 24:15 it says, “There is going to be a resurrection.” Along with God’s promise to us at Revelation 21:3, 4.

It is my hope that this bit of information is of comfort to you. Please be sure to find videos, movies, articles, and even an online Bible – all free of charge for your use, along with information on the resurrection, and current events on JW.ORG

    May God be with you.

    Sincerely,
    Sheila M. Robinson

  3. Dear Burton Family: I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to your family in your time of loss. For those who grieve there is no detour around it or no shortcut through it. However, 2Corinthians 4:7 says that God can give us “… power beyond what is normal…” to go from one day to the next. This does not mean that we no longer cry or that we forget, it means we recover. We recover because of our hope. Jesus Christ talked about our hope and John 5:28, 29 which says: “… all those in the memorial tombs (the grave) will hear his (Jesus) voice and come out…”. Jesus was refering to the resurrection, a bringing back to life, in the flesh, here on Earth! That is our amazing hope! To see and be with our loved ones again, right here on Earth! The Holy Bible likens our hope to an ‘anchor for souls’ (Hebrews 6:19). Just like an anchor stabilizes a ship, Our hope stabilizes us and keeps us from drowning and overwhelming sadness. One way that God comforts us today is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. May “the God of all comfort” be with you and yours now, during this time of sorrow (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4)….. Please cut, paste and watch the attached short comforting video: “What is the Condition of the Dead?” https://www.jw.org/finder?wtlocale=E&docid=502017858&srcid=share

  4. I would like to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your dear loved one, Bernard.  Death of a loved one is something that we’ve all experienced. That is why turning to the scriptures can be a great source of comfort. Scriptures that are especially comforting to me are:  Revelation 21:4, Psalms 37:29 and John 5:28,29. Jehovah God promises to bring our loved ones back to life right here on this earth, which will be restored to a beautiful paradise. If you would like to learn more about God’s trustworty promise for humans and the Earth, please visit jw.org.  Best wishes to your family.
