  1. Dear Ridgeway Family: My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in this most difficult time. When we lose someone we love it is like we have a missing limb. That feeling won’t go away completely until we can be with our loved one again. It is good that Almighty God has promised just such a gift. We read in the Holy Bible at Acts 24:15 “And I have hope toward God, … that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” Almighty God longs to restore our loved ones to us. The man Job said of God at Job 14:15: “You will call, and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands.” The True God longs to return our precious loved ones to us by means of the resurrection, thus healing our broken hearts …. πŸ’” ….. πŸ’–

  2. Please accept this sincere note of sympathy regarding the passing of your beloved, Quentin. I’m sure that he will be missed by all who knew and loved him. May the ‘God of All comfort’ embrace you and bring to your mind joyful memories of Quentin. I won’t pretend to know what you’re going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love, is turning to the scriptures and reflecting on God’s promise of the resurrection, something that has been a real source of comfort. Scriptures that give me hope are: John 5:28,29, John 6:40, Psalms 37:29, and Revelation 21:4. (Please read it in your bible) Wouldn’t it be wonderful to see Quentin again, alive on Earth in perfect health and in peaceful conditions? I warmly invite you to visit jw.org to find even more comfort from God’s word. Best wishes to your family.

  3. We are so sorry for your loss. When this happens in our family we need more than human strength. God and his Son can provide what we need. Please review these scriptures : John 5:28-29 β€œDo not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.”
Revelation 21:4 β€œAnd he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
