When I met Frances she had a smile on her face and she just waved at me and I waved back. So, one day she came and sat down by me and we would have our long talks about church and God. Sometimes we talked about the senior center (McGovern) and how happy she was that she came there and met so many people because before then she was depressed. By coming to McGovern she was able to laugh, smile and joke around again. She had such a beautiful spirit and I will surely miss out talks. Rest on my sister and spread those wings and soar. God bless you and your family.
I feel so blessed to have known and been associated with Francis. She definitely leaves a legacy of love. She had shared kindness and her smile with me and many others. And for me there are dresses now in closet that I will continue to wear proudly and thankful that she chose to share with me. She was blessed to be a blessing. Rest in peace my sister.
Ms Frances always had a smile and laugh
