I am so sorry for your loss. May the “God of all comfort”(2 Cor. 1:3,4) be with the family during this difficult time. Wonderfully, God has promised to end death forever and soon reunite us with our dear loved ones (Rev 21:4; John 5:28, 29) on a paradise earth. May this sure hope bring you comfort.

The Bible is a great source of encouragement at times like this, a comforting thought is at Revelation 21:4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.
