Joe KooL is what most of friends call Ralph….Joe was a very kind and helpful man if he could help, I remember telling him my grandkids was sleeping on the floor at their Aunt house” he said go look in the back room of his Bar he own, that it was 2 air mattress that I could get?……….Thanks Joe Kool you was one in a million.🙏😭
